Last night the 1823 Guild partnered with Minori's Italian Ristorante to present and host the artisans of the guild's first show. Never would I have thought that we would have had such a GREAT TIME! Everyone had the biggest smiles on their faces. The food and wine were well enjoyed while taking in the sights of the amazing artisan work.
Many pieces were sold and from the bottom of our artsy selves, we so appreciate all of the support we received! This spring show was just a taste of things to come. We have so much planned for our community.
Today I am tired but joyful. The event last night couldn't have been possible without the help of the guild members and their talents. And, of course the wonderful staff at Minori's . I am still walking on air today but boy is my mind cooking up some great future events..... Thanks to all, Denise
I've been loving art since I was in the 4th grade. It all started with a Learn to Draw book by Jon Gnagy. and an art kit. Soon I was begging for art lessons. From there it never stopped. Now, I have my own art studio in a fledgling art community I am proud to call home. As the president of the new 1823 Artisan Guild, it is my goal to bring local artisans together to create something that wasn't here when I was searching for art experiences as a new student.
